Prof. David Scaradozzi, M. Eng, Ph.D.
Prof. Scaradozzi is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) of the Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM), Ancona, Italy. He is the head of the Laboratory of Modeling Analysis and Control of dynamical Systems (LabMACS) and scientific member of the Italian InterUniversity Center for the Marine Environment (ISME) scientific board, where he cooperates with the Italian Navy and NATO. Currently, he is member of the UNIVPM’s Senate, coordinator of the UNIVPM’s International Relations and Networking board, mobility Delegate of the Engineering Faculty at UNIVPM and CRUI UNIVPM’s Delegate for International Cooperation in Developing Countries. He is the author of about 115 publications in refereed international journals, books and conferences and was awarded the Gold Trident from the International Academy of Underwater Sciences and Techniques for his outstanding work in the field of underwater robotics.
